A meeting took place in Transcarpathia between the head of the Transcarpathian Regional Military Administration, Myroslav Biletskyi, and the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets. They discussed the rights of military personnel, veterans, and their families, as well as improvements in the Uzhhorod Territorial Recruitment Center following identified violations.
