Changes to anti-corruption law: elimination of duplicate notifications

A draft law No. 16047 has been registered in the Verkhovna Rada, proposing to eliminate the requirement to notify the NACP twice about the same budget payment. Payments exceeding 50 minimum subsistence levels will be reflected in the annual declaration as part of total income.
