Tomio Okamura, the speaker of the lower house of the Czech Parliament, proposed to cancel payments to Ukrainian refugees to reduce the state budget deficit. He claimed that Ukrainians receive significant benefits amounting to 12 billion crowns. Okamura's party also called for a review of the conditions for Ukrainians in the country.
