Ukrainian Parliament proposes reforms for judicial expertise

The Ukrainian Parliament has registered two draft laws aimed at reforming the judicial expertise system. Draft laws No. 16048 and No. 16049 propose to abolish the monopoly of state institutions on conducting expertise and expand access for independent specialists.
