Hungary blocks approval of Ukraine's negotiation clusters 2 and 3 again

On September 8, the EU Council's working group on enlargement (COELA) attempted to approve the screening results for negotiation clusters 2 and 3 for Ukraine. However, Hungary once again blocked the approval.
