In the Donetsk region, there has been an increase in the number of people willing to evacuate following intensified Russian shelling of Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. According to Yevhen Tkachov, a representative of the 'Proliska' mission, the number of those wishing to leave has risen by approximately 10%. The evacuation mainly involves elderly and mobility-impaired individuals.
