Supreme Court reviewed case on debtor substitution during small privatization

On July 30, 2026, the Supreme Court dismissed the buyer's appeal regarding the substitution of the debtor in the enforcement proceedings. The conditions of martial law allow such substitution, but forced debt collection is not permitted.
