Oschadbank's Supervisory Board Chairman Volodymyr Lavrenchuk stated that inclusivity has become a basic standard for banking services in Ukraine. Deputy Chairman Anton Tyutyun added that creating a barrier-free environment requires a change in mindset and collaboration among organizations.
