Vinnytsia signs agreement for wastewater treatment plant modernization

On September 8, Vinnytsia signed a cooperation agreement for the modernization of wastewater treatment plants. The agreement was signed by Mayor Serhiy Morgunov and Chairman of the Vinnytsia Regional Council Vyacheslav Sokolov. The project aims to create new technological infrastructure with biogas and cogeneration plants.
