Nearly 400 drunk drivers recorded in Zhytomyr region in August

In August, police in the Zhytomyr region documented 389 drivers showing signs of intoxication. Of these, 316 received protocols for the first offense, 49 for the second, and 20 drivers were apprehended for a third offense within the year.
