Odesa has temporarily changed the routes of trams and trolleybuses due to DTEK's works and substation outages. Trams No. 10, 13, and 27, as well as trolleybus No. 12, are not in service, and several routes have been shortened. Service was restored on 24 August but was altered again due to power outages.
