Dismissal of military administration heads in Kherson region

The head of the Novovorontsovka settlement military administration, Andrii Seletskiy, and the head of the Ivanivka settlement military administration, Viktor Debelyi, were dismissed. The dismissal was initiated by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, due to illegal salary coefficient calculations.
