Vadym Skibitsky: Russia poses a threat to Ukraine and Europe

Vadym Skibitsky, Deputy Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine, stated that Russia poses a threat to both Ukraine and Europe. In August 2026, Russia lost 43,000 soldiers while mobilizing 39,000. The Russian General Staff believes that without increased mobilization, the country will not achieve its goals.
