В Україні у 2026 році запроваджено можливість реєстрації фізичних осіб-підприємців (ФОП) онлайн через портал «Дія». Процес займає близько 10 хвилин, а рішення про реєстрацію ухвалюється автоматично. Однак для відкриття бізнесу, наприклад, кав'ярні, необхідно виконати додаткові кроки, такі як оформлення приміщення та реєстрація потужностей.
