Supreme Court partially satisfied cassation appeals in MTSBU case

On July 29, 2026, the Supreme Court of Ukraine partially satisfied the cassation appeals of the defendant in case No. 753/12634/25. The court reviewed the MTSBU claim for recovery of insurance compensation costs from the traffic accident perpetrator, who did not receive copies of the claim.
