A 56-year-old man from Vinnytsia denied the existence of Ukraine on his YouTube channel, proclaiming a fictional 'community' as the successor to the Ukrainian SSR. He called for the creation of alternative governing bodies and referred to the restoration of Ukraine's independence as a 'usurpation of power'. The man is currently under house arrest.
