Russia and Vietnam sign agreement on strategic oil reserve

Russian company 'Zarubezhneft' signed an agreement with 'Petrovietnam' to create a strategic oil reserve in Vietnam. During President To Lam's visit to Moscow, the countries also discussed visa-free travel and launched a joint infectious disease research laboratory.
