Kyiv police suspect man of fraud involving communal bathhouse

Kyiv police have charged a 40-year-old resident of Vinnytsia Oblast with illegally appropriating a communal bathhouse in the Darnytskyi district. The man forged documents for the 900 sq. m building, registered ownership in his name, and sold it for over 3.2 million hryvnias.
