Due to Russian shelling in early September, around 100 tonnes of medicines were destroyed at three pharmaceutical warehouses in Ukraine. Alexander Komarida, head of the European Pharmaceutical Association, advises people with chronic illnesses to maintain a three-month supply of medications. No shortage of medicines has been reported in pharmacies in Cherkasy, although local residents have begun to stockpile medications.
