Supreme Court clarifies participant's rights to access documents in LLCs

The Commercial Cassation Court of the Supreme Court of Ukraine clarified that a participant in a limited liability company (LLC) has the right to broad access to documents that do not contain restricted information. However, access to the accounting database is not included in this right.
