DBR did not investigate torture of soldiers in Skelya regiment

The Anti-Corruption Center reported that the State Bureau of Investigations was aware of torture and deaths of servicemen in the Skelya regiment since March 2026 but did not initiate criminal proceedings. According to the ACC, at least eight reports of possible crimes were submitted from March to June 2026, but investigations were not started in six cases.
