Commander of "Khartiya" reports on new underground combat tactics

The commander of the 2nd Corps of the National Guard of Ukraine "Khartiya", Ihor Obolenskyi, stated that Ukrainian forces have begun using underground tactics in combat. He noted that in these conditions, Ukrainian fighters are more effective than the Russians and are employing drones.
