Construction of new housing in Ukraine increased by 6.1% in Q2 2026

In Q2 2026, the volume of new housing construction in Ukraine increased by 6.1% compared to the same period in 2025. The total area of residential buildings for which construction permits were issued reached 1,650.6 thousand square meters. Despite this growth, the new housing market still significantly lags behind pre-war levels.
