The European Commission responded to Ukraine's request by sending a list of reforms to the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk. The letter was signed by the Commissioner for Economy, Valdis Dombrovskis, and the Commissioner for Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi.
