The National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAP) announced the uncovering of a fuel embezzlement scheme at Ukrnafta, causing losses of over UAH 2.88 billion. Four individuals, including businessman Mykhailo Kiperman, have been charged with criminal activity that took place from 2017 to 2020.
