Court denies Bakhmatyuk's request to terminate his guarantee for NBU loans

The Northern Appeal Economic Court rejected the appeal of QUICKOM LIMITED regarding the termination of Oleg Bakhmatyuk's guarantee for refinancing loans. The National Bank of Ukraine continues to collect 7.9 billion UAH from the businessman.
