PISA 2025 results: Ukrainian students lag in knowledge

According to PISA 2025 results, nearly half of Ukrainian 15-year-olds lack basic knowledge in mathematics and reading, while a third are deficient in science. Ukrainian students lag behind the OECD average by 1.6 to 2.2 years of schooling. The worst results are shown by students from rural areas and small towns.
