Parliament to establish special order for local councils during wartime

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine plans to introduce a special procedure for the operation of local councils during wartime. On September 16, the parliament reviewed and adopted in the first reading a draft law aimed at ensuring the functionality of local councils under martial law.
