A 21-year-old resident of Rivne Oblast is suspected of organizing the illegal border crossing of two conscripts. According to the investigation, in February 2025, the men were taken to a forest area in the border zone. Together with four accomplices, he organized this scheme for a fee of 10,000 US dollars.
