Dmytro Lubenets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, reported a critical situation in Oleshky, where over six thousand people, including about 200 children, may remain. He noted that Russia is blocking the evacuation of civilians despite reached agreements and the readiness of the International Committee of the Red Cross to assist in the humanitarian mission.
