Fines for undeclared currency when leaving Ukraine for citizens

Ukrainians planning to travel abroad with cash may face the risk of fines. If the amount of currency exceeds the equivalent of 10,000 euros, documents proving the origin of the funds are required, and a fine of 20% of the excess amount is imposed for non-declaration.
