Cabinet halts funding for capital expenditures until December

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine announced the suspension of funding for all capital expenditures from the State Budget until December due to a lack of funds. This will halt preparations for energy and critical infrastructure for winter, as well as repairs of roads and hospitals.
