Russian forces have adapted training missiles RM48U for mass use in strikes against Ukraine. These missiles, previously used as targets for training, are cheaper and less accurate than ballistic 'Iskanders'. Analysts report that RM48U accounted for over half of all missiles launched in July and early August.
