Ukraine has not submitted contracts for Patriot missile purchases to the EU

Ukraine has yet to provide signed contracts for the purchase of interceptor missiles for the Patriot system to the European Commission. This delays the EU's ability to make payments from the defense portion of a credit that is set to reach €28.3 billion this year.
