DBR charges former Berkut officers with torture

The State Bureau of Investigations has charged two former officers of the Sevastopol Berkut with war crimes related to torture at a checkpoint near Armiansk in 2014. The suspects are also accused of treason and encroachment on Ukraine's territorial integrity.
