Kyrylo Budanov, head of the President's Office of Ukraine, stated that European support is not an alternative to peace but should contribute to its achievement. He also noted that Ukraine produces over half of what it needs for the war independently and expressed hope for receiving licences, technologies, and factories from Europe.
