Slovakia hands over first electric locomotives to Ukraine at Carpathian Summit

At the Carpathian Summit S8, Slovakia has donated the first electric locomotives to Ukraine. Minister for Restoration, Infrastructure and Transport Mykola Kalashnik announced plans to attract over $3.1 billion for 15 infrastructure projects and to establish an international coalition to support the Ukrainian railway.
