The Ukrainian Ministry of Culture has announced a $500,000 grant program to support small publishers affected by Russian attacks. According to the ministry, financial losses for the Ukrainian book industry have already reached at least Hr 1.75 billion ($32 million). Applications for the grants will be accepted starting November 2026.
