In a school in the Kyiv region, over 200 students were moved to online learning due to inadequate shelter. According to the wife of a Ukrainian Armed Forces colonel, the school has only a basic shelter that does not meet the needs of the students. Projects for building a new shelter have not been implemented over the past four years.
