Ukrainian forces disable half of Russia's oil refineries in a week

Over the past week, Ukrainian forces targeted oil refineries in Russia, disabling more than 45% of their capacities. Among the affected facilities are the Syzran Oil Refinery, the "Atlant Aero" plant, "Slavneft-YANOS", and "Gazpromneft-Moscow Oil Refinery". This has led to a shortage of quality fuel in Russia.
