Volyn loses five soldiers in battles against Russian forces
On September 21, 2026, senior soldier Yuriy Bondaruk, who had been missing, was killed in battles in Kharkiv region. Along with him, four other soldiers from Volyn died: Dmytro Riznyk, Denys Zhuk, Ivan Minevych, and Mykola Sai. On September 22, the deaths of two more soldiers, Oleksandr Trofymuk and Oleksiy Kryvov, were reported.
