PISA study indicates literacy levels among Ukrainian teenagers

According to the PISA study, nearly half of Ukrainian teenagers have not reached a basic level of literacy. A decline in scores occurred between 2018 and 2022, but results remained stable from 2022 to 2025, which the Ministry of Education of Ukraine and OECD consider a positive sign.
