Fraud scheme for land appropriation uncovered in Kharkiv region

Law enforcement in the Kharkiv region dismantled a criminal group that deceived pensioners to appropriate their land plots. According to the investigation, at least eight people, mostly elderly, were affected, with over 70 hectares of land involved in the scheme.
