NAAU: Transfer of a bank card is not an automatic crime

The National Association of Advocates of Ukraine (NAAU) stated that criminal liability for the transfer of a bank card should only arise if there is proof of intent to use the card for a crime. The mere act of transferring a card or granting access to an account is not sufficient to constitute a crime.
