New Deputy Commander for Digitalization Appointed in Ukraine's Armed Forces

Mikhail Drapatiy, the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, has appointed Artem Martynenko as his deputy for digitalization. Martynenko, an architect of the DELTA system, replaces Brigadier General Andriy Lebedenko, who was previously responsible for technology development in the General Staff.
