Ministry of Defence clarifies status of missing servicemen

The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine has provided clarification on the status of missing servicemen. According to the law, a person is considered missing from the moment a report is filed, allowing for the preservation of payments and guarantees for the family. The law also regulates the legal status of individuals missing under special circumstances.
