Lubenets proposes unified admission procedure for applicants from occupied territories
Ombudsman Dmytro Lubenets urged the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine to develop a unified admission procedure for higher education institutions for individuals from temporarily occupied territories. He noted that the Russian authorities are destroying the Ukrainian education system in these areas by implementing their own standards.
