Lviv city council appeals to government over dilapidated buildings
The Lviv city council is asking the government to intervene regarding two historic buildings in the city center that are in a state of disrepair. The buildings, located at 11A Torhova Street and 13 Rizna Square, are owned by Pavlo Dubnevych. The city council has reached out to the Ministry of Culture to compel the owner to restore them.
