Nataliia Chyhyryk, a guide at the historical and architectural complex of Bohdan Khmelnytsky's residence, presented recipes from the flooded villages of the Chyhyryn region. She recreated several traditional dishes, such as zatyirka, anise cookies, and millet pancakes, based on the memories of local residents who recall the culinary traditions of their mothers and grandmothers.
