Mykolaiv signs memorandum with "Plast" on youth education

On September 22, a memorandum of cooperation was signed in Mykolaiv between the city authorities and the youth organization "Plast – National Scout Organization of Ukraine". The document was signed by Mayor Oleksandr Senkevych and the head of the local "Plast" branch, Halyna Plechiy.
